配合台灣電力公司停電通知
因應國營臺鐵新設用電線路改接工程，本飯店將於2026年3月2日（週一）上午9:00至下午3:00 ，依台灣電力公司之安排，配合計畫性停電作業。
停電期間，飯店將全面啟動緊急供電系統，客房、餐廳、豪華閣貴賓廊、地下停車場及全館電梯均維持正常運作；惟部分公共區域及健身俱樂部將僅提供有限度照明，部分健身設備亦可能暫時無法使用。另於停電瞬間，客房內電視設備可能暫時關閉，待發電機供電後，敬請貴賓自行重新開機使用。
此外，停電期間洗衣服務作業將受到影響，3月2日送洗之衣物將統一於隔日（3月3日）完成並交付，敬請留意。
飯店將盡力將此次作業對貴賓之影響降至最低，倘有不便之處，尚祈鑒諒，並感謝您的體諒與支持。如有任何需要協助之處，敬請與大廳值班經理聯繫。

Notice of Scheduled Power Outage in Coordination with Taiwan Power Company
In coordination with Taiwan Power Company and in response to the power line adjustment project for the new Taiwan Railway facilities, the hotel will observe a scheduled power outage on Monday, March 2, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
During this period, the hotel will fully activate its emergency power supply system. Guestrooms, Restaurants, Horizon Club Lounge, underground Parking Facilities, and all Elevators will continue to operate normally. However, lighting in certain Public Areas, and Health Club will be limited, and some fitness equipment may be temporarily unavailable. Please also note that guestroom televisions may briefly turn off at the moment the outage begins and will need to be manually restarted once generator power is in operation.
In addition, laundry services will be affected during the outage. Items sent for laundry on March 2 will be returned on the following day, March 3.
